The Countdown is On....

WELCOME Grade 6 Students and Parents!!

By now you should have received the August newsletter and hopefully it has pointed you in the direction of the Gr. 6 Classroom Blogs.  We are busy getting the classrooms ready and are looking forward to greeting all of our new students on Tuesday, September 6.  Following are a few things to take note of:
1.)  We are looking forward to hearing from all parents with respect to the Gr. 6 Parent Orientation to be held the evening of Thursday, September 15th.  You can either send in the parent confirmation note with your child on the first day of school or email Mrs. De Boer.
2.)  Rubbermaid bins have been ordered, have arrived and will be available for students on the first day of school.  The cost for the bins is $6.50 and can be paid by cheque made payable to VCS or by cash (exact change only).  We are very thankful to Mr. Bernard Lau, the manager at Hewer Home Hardware, for getting the bins to us at a reduced cost.
